Checked in for celebrating new years eve. check-in was smooth but there were so many people in the lobby as they were planning for a gala night for the new year’s eve. the main lobby area was converted into the dj floor. but still a lot place for easy checkin. we were total of 7 couples who booked the room that night. the hotel is one of the luxury chain "the carlson group" and is one of the most luxury hotel in noida with all modern amenities. the service was clas. the rooms were very spacious and silent. in room dinning was little expensive but the taste was amazing. ordered a chicken pasta, which cost RS 1200, little on the expensive side but the taste and the freshness says it all. service was top notch. did not try the buffet breakfast as slept very late at night and was not able to wake the next morning.another service example was. I forgot the my cell phone in room. and left the hotel(checked out). call them to know about it. another example of trust worthy service expected from Radisson hotel.
