I have booked an apartment in Radiant Silver Bell II. It is a project affordable for middle class people like me. So we should keep expectation like that. If you expect too hi fi stuff then stay away from this.
Project is in nice location appreciation rate should be high because of upcoming big projects nearby like skylark Arcadia and Ithaca. Occeanears. Behavior of their Onsite engineer is very good. They have even done the modification before I went into agreement.
Marketing Staff is average soft spoken but very clever like any other builder’s marketing staff. Land and plan is clear. A Khata land. CC is there.
Hopefully builder is building as per the plan So optimistic to get OC later. Though there is no confirmation provided on this after so many requests.
But yes as per We saw the outer structure at least not a big deviation is visible from the plan.
I myself have measured the length and width of my apartment and few key area those are according to the Plan.
Rest depends upon luck.
Work progress is good till now. Going there from last 3 months and seen remarkable speed of the work So hopefully if not Aug 2015 it should be completed by Dec 2015.
