Last Monday, I asked for a cab from Easy Cab, Delhi and they confirmed the booking and driver reached at the given place on time. Driver called me to inform that he has reached. I asked him to wait for 10 minutes and I will be coming. Driver all of a sudden started talking rudely and started asking how much more time it will take. I told him, I will be coming in next 10 minutes and than again come early, why you will come so late. The driver was talking like, as he is paying me for hiring Easy cab. His tone and behavior was so unprofessional and I asked him, if you can not wait than go, I do not need your cab and driver left. Everyone knows for waiting if it is more than 15 minutes, cab companies charge Rs.50 for half an hour but that driver started shouting the moment he arrived he didn’t let me take 15 minutes, which I can take for free and if required, I was ready to pay for waiting also but he was lease bother about the same.
I immediately informed Easy cab customer care and till now(as it was expected) till now I have not received any call from them to say sorry for the irrational behavior from one of their taxi driver.
It was a horrible experience and I would recommend all of you to kindly do not hire Easy Cab as earlier also I have experience the case of cheating from their driver for overcharging and the driver was abusive as well. All through his trip, he was shouting and abusing people.
We pay so much for these cabs but their is no quality.
