Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees got a massive opening and the excitement of SRK fans was on cloud nine. The theaters are jam packed and all you can see are the happy faces of his fans, While most of them said that Raees is SRK’s comeback film, as his previous outings Fan and Dilwale were a disappointment.
The movie is being highly praised by the film industry and is also gaining appreciation from the critics. The actor’s recent train journey became the talk of the town and invited many uncalled controversies, but the fans seem unaffected with all that and are rushing towards the theaters.
Directed by Rahul Dholakia, Raees is set in the backdrop of Gujarat in the 80s and also marks the Bollywood debut of Pakistani actress Mahira Khan. While Shah Rukh will be seen portraying the character of a wicked bootlegger Raees Alam, Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be playing the role of a cop whose sole motive is to put him behind the bars.
