Here we found all the staffs are inexperienced having little or no knowledge regarding their job. They were also equally ill-behaved.
I took the service of manicure and pedicure from a staff named Siraj. He didn’’’’t cut my nails properly including nail filing. Incase of pedicure no proper pedicure massage was done. Still I gave him 100/- tips. I didn’’’’t complained the receptionist about them at that time.
My mom took haircut and eyebrow threading service from a girl. Her name was Arti. My mom complained me that she had rashes all over her eyebrows and it was really painful and was looking ugly. I took face cleanup service from the same girl and it was a total mess. She didn’’’’t clean up my face properly. Massage cream went inside my eyes and nose. That girl immediately left that place without asking for any of my requirement.
Rahees has so many branches in Kolkata and I visited this branch as it lies nearest to me but my experience was terrible overall. I am not sure about the other branches but I would request you all not to visit this branch. Also keep in mind the names of those two therapists especially Siraj.?
