Invested in Raheja’s Krishna housing project my hard earned money and since past 7years only paying bank’s interest on disbursed amount. There is hardly any progress since last seven years in the building structure. They only ask for loan disbursement every time and come with new excuses and new fake promises. Now we know them to not disburse further amount without possession but have been paying the hefty amount to bank on the already disbursed amount. It’s very unfortunate and heartbreaking to got trapped with such defaulters.
I strongly recommend to never go for them.
