As we decided to have a tour to Varanasi so I had booked this hotel in advance. Also the pictures of the hotel they have uploaded on website were looking great. After we visited this hotel we were shocked to see the infrastructure. The hotel didn’t have any swimming pool, garden and gym though they have showed there. This hotel is some sort of inn. Also the rooms conditions were not good. Many of the objects were broken and also half of the electrical appliance weren’t working. Also the hotel staff is not good and are not friendly. They just talk rudely everytime and if called they keep on ignoring. After we pay the money we are no more for them. Also the three times food which was included was not good and unhygienic. I suggest not to visit or book any rooms in this hotel as you will spoil your vacation in Varanasi.
