I have got my engine replaced because of crankshaft problem at Rahul Auto, Aundh. They took 8 days to return my vehicle after continuous follow ups. Even after taking so much time the service quality is poor, engine oil leakage problem started and there was valve closing and opening abnormal sound observed. Which means while assembling back it was not done properly. And they had charged me around 12k for all this incomplete work.
When I went back to them(as they had promised if any problem comes immediately they would do free of cost) for the complain, they kept my bike for 4 days more and charged me around 3k again for service as they said they had to replace many parts again. Also my battery is in very good condition, still they were insisting to change it and were trying to charge around 5k for which I did not agree. And after servicing also there is lot of vibration issue with my vehicle.
Ultimately very poor servicing, unnecessary charges are applied and parts are replaced to increase their spar part sale. Wrong guidance by service person and very arrogant people out there.
Will not recommend to go there for servicing!
