Rahul theater is old theatre in Pune. Recently they claimed that they rennovated it with multiplex-like ambience but the reality it is far from that. Looks like they did it in a hurry. Screen is huge but looks like projection system is still old. You do not get that much quality as in new multiplexes like ESquare / Inox etc. Balcony is closed for other screen and they are projecting it from below which makes upper part of the screen little bit blurred than the part below.
If you happen to get ticket in right or left portion of the theater then you cannot enjoy the movie as you get side angle. Theater arrangement is still old. Parking arrangement is pathetic. We had to part our car on the road. Toilets are very unclean and very badly managed. There are very limited number of toilets so there was big queue for the same. Ticket prices are at par with other high end multiplexes.
No wonder why we could get ticket for "Om Shanti Om" on Saturday night when it was sold out in ESquare Overall I would not recommend Rahul theater given they are charging same rate as multiplexes.
