I’ve been using RailWire since two months . It was like I had to call the technical experts to report the problems 4-5 times .
I’m using the plan of 100GB at 8Mbps . Atleast I thought that i’d get atleast 4-5 Mbps but it never happened that I encountered more than 4 mbps .it was the maximum till date I saw .
The technitians are good though . They immediately help me to calibrate the device .
But still the rates are nominal . Still there are many other ISP who give better option but in my city I had this as the only option .
They could reoptimize their servers to give a better speed.
I still hope rail wire will do better in the future . Cause this is a boom era for the ISP’s
