I have been a traveller quite often and have been using this railwire support in railway stations. It’s truly fast and fluctuations are less. Recently one of my friend has taken up this connection of 4 mbps and it is lightening fast. Packages are of really low cost. Only issue is that connection is not available everywhere, so kindly contact them from their website to find if they can provide service pr not.
