Ralwire or Railtel is the worst internet service provider I have come across in the last 10 years. The only thing good about this provider is the speed which is constant. In the last 5 months of usage, I am sharing this feedback. In a month, atleast 10 days the internet would be in disconnected state. The connection is not reliable and you always need to have a backup of some other service provider, so what’s the point in paying the huge internet charge. I took this connection for my job as I had been asked to Work from Home and it was my biggest mistake to take the railtel connection. My job was impacted big time and also was in risk because of me not able to complete my job on time and this was the pattern all through out. Guys, this is a humble request, if you want a reliable connection for a continuous work that you need to do, do not ever take this connection. And i will tell you, the issue is the same in all states as I have gone through multiple sites and have checked their review, wish I would have done this before taking the connection. This service provider will bring your job to risk.... This is what I can say in simple words. Be careful
