I have been using rail wire for the last six months and my experience with rail wire is not so bad.
Their service is still better than many other ISPs like BSNL but still it too has some flaws.
The speed is good most of the times but at times, the speed sucks and you might not be able to browse anything for a fair amount of time.
If you are looking for a budget Internet Service Provider and a standard speed then you might go for Rail Wire but if you are looking for reliability and a good performance and ready to spend few bucks for it then you must choose some other ISPs
