Don’t plan for delivery in Rainbow if your expecting twins.
Hello All.This is real suffering of a father of new born twins.My wife was carrying and in 8th month she got sevior back pain and she could not sleep whole night.We decided to called doctor whom we are consulting in rainbow hospital Marathalli.She said to come to hospital emergency and we went to hospital and they did some tests and said it’s time to go for C section.Its only me and my mother were there, Dr Kavita Kovi came at around 2pm and other doctors .Doctor did C section and twin babies were out and rushed babies to NICU.We were not getting what was going on.
My wife is kept under observation for 4hours and shifted to ward.We were not worried much about our children as they looked healthy after birth.We concentrated on my wife’s recovery and all of a sudden after 2days we get news that our children are in danger in NICU and both are under Ventilator.There was some infection in babies and that needs to be treated by giving Antibiotics continues for 14days and for my baby girl it’s 21days and that too they demand that Antibiotics should be given being in NICU only .

Babies were on ventilator and oxygen.They kept my babies in NICU till 26th from 8th October.After a week in hospital I tried to check on the bill and I was shocked to see a bill of 5.5Lakhs charged for one week.When I asked them they said that if you are under insurance then the charges will be like this.As a common employ in software company how can I bare the bill? I contacted my company for help and they shown empty hands.
Total bill at the end was huge amount of 11.5lakhs one can not imagine for 22 days .How can any hospital charge this much of amount?
This is pre planned and executed strategically to squeeze a person to get money. There is lot more to share, but I don’t want to discuss that publicly.
I need support from all of you to teach lesson to such corporate hospitals who concentrate on only getting money by trapping patients.
