The doctor spares 3 minutes per patient

My kid got some allergies on her body. I took her to rainbow hospital, Madhapur. This was my first visit. I went without appointment and was told by the staff to pay Rs 450 and the Lady doctor will come at 3 pm and I’ll be the first patient. I waited from 2:30 till 3:40 and the doctor did not come. Then finally she came at 3:45 and I was told that my turn will be 3rd as 2 more patients with appointment came. what the heck? why didn’t they tell me in advance? Still it was ok with me and I did not argue. But the final issue came with the doctor. She was sparing only 3 min per patient. It was unbelievable. My turn came in only 7 min as she was done with 2 patients in that time. When we came in, she was not even listening to us and she was not even touching the kid as if she is having some kind of severe communicable disease. She was asking us to show her throat, hands etc. In less than 2 min, she concluded that it is a viral infection and gave some medicines and asked for next patient. So we left. I asked her the reason but she did not reply. Did not tell us the diet or precautions. Total time taken was 3 minutes.

Most pathetic experience so far we had in any hospital.

This hospital and their doctors are just minting money. They don’t care for patients. I won’t recommend to anyone.
