A week ago, I went to Ranchi for getting an admission in st. xavier college for MBA and that evening I stayed in this hotel. It is situated around 100 miles away from the xavier clooege in the same road. I was disappointed when I saw the condition of the room. It was a disgusting room with too small single bed. the room and its attached bathroom smelt damp and bed cloths were not cleand properly. somehow I maintained the condition and checked out next day at 9 am.
The Hotel’s staffs were not serve the customers well, they neither dressed well nor show pleasant appearence.
Food and presentation was also not good at all. there are nothing special in food menu. so I ate chapati and mutter- paneer that was absolutely tasteless but I had no other choice, so finally I managed it.
obviously, It is located on the front of the main road purulia but the negative point is everytime you feel irritates due to blow horns of vehicle.
If you compare the price and the service of the hotel, you will find this is not the good hotel for stay in.
