AN IRON MAN

If Raj Kapoor would have been alive today he would have completed his 80 Yrs. of life , but it is for sure that he would have been highly disappointed looking at the genre of Indian Cinema today No Moral values , No Ethics , Using Exposure for wrong means , Piracy , etc.. & indirectly Bifurcation of COMMAN MAN and the Indian Cinema .

This iron man who never sought any sort of support from his father Prithviraj Kapoor in order to establish himself in the film industry , (if he would have alive) must have been thinking of making movie away from the league having all RAJKAPOORISM in it , Giving a social message, touching our souls , reflecting common man?s life in a scrupulous manner. He never hesitated in showing exposure in his movie (E.G. RAM TERI GANGA MAILI , MERA NAAM JOKER ETC..) but would have never used that exposure for propagating his films like Mahesh Bhatt.

He successfully made BOBBY in 1973 , a movie containing young blood and was of course liked by all. Moreover this movie came after his two continues flops , KAL AAJ AUR KAL & MERA NAAM JOKER , at this juncture of time he was never after any famous actor or actress , nor he sought any support from other big producers , even at this difficult time of his life when he lost his mother he didn?t hesitate in experimenting younger buddies (RISHI KAPOOR & DIMPLE IN BOBBY) , usually we witness many directors turning back to the stereotype , worn out formulas containing big star cast when they pass through this phase in their life.Imagine even economic , social , professional problem could not deter him from his usual path which gives us an indication of his confidence , self-respect.

He turned down various proposal of big stars to uplift his position at that time. This thing in today?s time tantamounts to turning down the proposal to work with big stars like SHAHRUKH , YASH CHOPRA , AAMIR etc.. and making a film with persons like RANVIR(Son of Rishi Kapoor) who has not even seen the face of film industry , this is what Raj ji did when he made BOBBY. What does it implies , no greed for money , no fear of losing Yrs. & Yrs. Of Goodwill.

The sad part is that why don?t we see the same spirit in his sons who are only concerned with the enjoyment of 5 star Facilities , they have completely got away by the fear of losing.

Raj Kapoor decided to make movie called ?AAG? at the age of 22 and for that he did not used the money or support of his father , even his first movie turned out to be a failure , he didn?t stop and went on to make successful film ?BARSAAT? within 9 months . And ?AWARA? an internationally recognized movie at 26 without any help from anyone.

Just tell me has KARAN JOHAR made any movie like that , has ADI done anything without the support of his father (YASH CHOPRA) , is there any actress or actor or prod/dir. who is having guts to reject any kind of offer at a pathetic situation of their life like Raj Kapoor did.

He had talent , hard working ability but more important was the way he lead his life like a respected man throughout his 64 Yrs. Of life.

IF WE CAN REMEMBER GANDHI , RAM , BUDDH WHY NOT RAJ KAPOOR WHO ACCEPTED THE REALITY OF LIFE BUT NEVER DID ANYTHING THAT MADE HIM LOOK AWKWARD IN HIS OWN EYES THIS IS THE WAY THE LIFE WHOULD BE LEAD BY A MAN , A MAN IN REAL SENSE NOT IN REEL SENSE
