I booked online tickets for travel from bangalore to pune for 13th nov and pune to bangalore for 15th nov. The tickets were booked on 3rd november, during the time of booking, the fare shown to me was 1100/- + 54/- one way so total I paid 2308/-
When I checked on 11th Nov, for the same travel their website was showing a fare of 780/- for which I had paid 1154/-. When I send a mail aksing for refund of diff amount, NO RESPONSE
on 13th I reached their Gandhinagar office in Bangalore and I was alloted a seat which was different from what I had selected on the website, I did not bother about this.
after getting into the bus, one more person came with the same seat no, and after many a anxious moments, I was again asked to change the seat. I again did not bother much
I had booked on the volvo bus, but was not given a blanket like any other volvo service for the night. (I again did not bother, thinking maybe this must be some cost cutting measure)
After reaching pune, I booked my return journey by flight and then wanted to cancel this pune bangalore ticket, on the website, the cancel option gave a error saying the travel is already done.
I called up their pune office and they said that since both the journes have been booked together, I cannot cancel. I tried to explain to them that this logic was ridiculous because they have given me any discount for a return trip, they have charged me like 2 individual travel tickets, so why cant I cancel one ticket
the pune office gave me their one more office no, that person gave me their pune office head office no. , that person gave me their Mumbai office no. mumbai office have called up about 10 times allready (this posting was done on 15th afternoon 3pm) but absolutely nobody to listen to, they kept saying that the concerned person is not in seat even after explaining to them that the bus leaves in 5 hours and I needed to cancel the ticket immediately, if i was to get some refund atleast.
FInally one person took my no. and said she will call back in 5 minutes, and no call again.
