I Have visited Raj restaurant Kalighat recently on 5th, November, and I found that the restaurant lack proper amount of Stewart, ambience, light decoration for that matter.
The food served was without proper arrangement and for getting spoon it took them 15 minutes and not that great quality for the price they charged at.The Mongolian cuisinies dishes are bad, but due to extra time taken to serve order makes me feel more awkward . The menu card had limited food options and there are no types of food available from moghlai to Cantonese. The menu card that you will find confusing what to order but a little difference here and there doesn’t make a difference at all.
Ambience poor, food bad, hygiene poor, tables clean, stewards courteous, price expensive, menu book has nothing at all, order time taken average 10 minutes, location good etc . Another noticeably is that staff in this restaurant are not bothered to serve the customers but ask for heavy tips at the end of dinner. But I would not recommend this restaurant at all, as this place there are other restaurants that are serving good food at a cheaper price.
