I visited this restaurant yesterday with my parents. It’s definitely one of the better places in South Kolkata to taste some delicious South Indian food. We ordered a plate of idly and three rava masala dosa. To our utmost surprise, the food was served on our table in almost less than ten minutes. The staff appeared extremely courteous, and the food we ordered was simply yummy! The idly was so soft that it melted in our mouth quite easily. We liked the taste so much that we decided to order one more plate even though our stomachs were pretty full by that time.
On the other hand, we felt that the taste of rava masala dosa along with the chutney and sambhar were just more than perfect. However, the best thing is that the restaurant includes both Non AC and AC sections. Finally, I felt the prices were very reasonable. For all these reasons, I would like to recommend this restaurant located in the heart of South Kolkata to everyone. So, wishing you a very happy outing at the Raj! Take care!
