I traveled through raj Volvo bus from Ahmadabad to Pune and it was the most horrible journey. Company Staff is rude and non-cooperative. They never give passenger clear opinion and always try to misguide them. Don’t see its site, it’s totally misguiding and half of the item which display on site are not there when one travelled through the bus.
Bus condition was too bad. Also, bus is vibrating so badly that it’s unable to sit for 2 hours.
On site they show 15 min halts in Baroda and Surat but actually its 2 hours in Baroda and 1.5 hours in Surat. Management are quite aware of this but they are not interested to telling true to the customer not they are highlighting the same on their site. Also, staff gives different times and direction to bus driver and passengers.They charged highest compare to other travelers and gives the worst service.During journey bus hold at unhygienic hotels and I think drivers have some tie-up with that hotels.
I personally insist never travelled through raj national express.
