RAJ TRAVELS is the most HORRIBLE and PATHETIC travel agency if you ask me. We travelled through it to the Far East Exotic tour by paying 73K per head. For a couple ended up paying almost 1.5 Lacs. And what you get in return is a sad experience of a completly unorganized tours.
Their hotels may be 3-star but the worst of them. In most of the hotels you end up carrying your own luggage. Then they made us travel by train in the international tour where the bookings were also not confirmed. Some of the programs were forced to get cancelled because they had not even paid the local travel agency.
How EMBARASSIng. We had to pay from our own pockets. And the worst is that their OFFICE does not pick up the calls or responds to the calls made by the tour leader. I dont know how they are surviving in a service industry in INDIA.If you want a good Holiday and service NEVER NEVER TRAVEL by RAJ TRAVELS. THEY ARE PATHETIC.
