After seeing Raj Travel’s impressive half page ad, I bought my to & fro tickets from them through internet booking. Their services are pathetic, not at all as per their advertisement. They said it takes 12 hours for Delhi-Katra journey, as it usually take by other operators also, but, they took 16 hours for the same journey. Their AC never worked properly. The seats they allot while booking on the internet are not the same as provided to you. They provide you seats as per their tour operators choice. Their staff are indeed good looking and well dressed....BUT...BUT....BUT...MOST RUDE! They say they provide you complimentary blankets, which are actually as big as towels. They say they give you eye-lids....which are never available! And last but not the least, their prices are 30% more than their competitors. Rather than having such a good website to fool people they should improve their services to keep operating smoothly.
SO DON’T GET CARRIED AWAY BY LOOKING AT THEIR WEBSITE.......
