We had been to the far-east with Raj travels. The quality of hotels where we checked in were not at of 3 start standards as was communicated at the time of bookings (except hotels of KL and Genting). We had to wait for atleast 1 hour at all the airports because of lack of visa of few passengers (the visa was not done inspite of sending the passsports 20 days before the tour). At Singapore our tour was not confirmed to the local tour operator as a result of which we had to wait for 2 hrs for the bus to arrive. Also the hotel booking was not confirmed which resulted in we being checked into any other hotel available.
The cost of the tour was reasonable priced but the quality was disgusting. The team leader of the tour was not at all a good leader. He knew nothing and appeared like a tourist himself.
