I see some people have had bad experiences and I sympathize with them, however i would like to share my travel with Raj National Express bus from pune to mumbai. I’m a software programmer and was visiting a client. By mistake i must have dropped my expensive i-mate mobile on the seat while getting off and realised only after an hour or so. I was sure of not getting back but tried calling to see if I had some luck.
Mr. Prafulbhai answered my cell and assured me that all was fine as the coach captain had found and deposited the same in Lost and Found box. Prafulbhai further insisted on having my cell delivered some 6 - 8 kms away where I was but I was more than happy to get my cell and requested him that I can collect it on my way back.
Im deeply touched by the gesture and attitude shown by Prafulbhai and the coach captain. I want to just say one thing that its very very difficult to find honest people like them and would like the owners to be aware and appreciate them as well.
After this act I’m a loyal customer for life.
