I had booked raj travels delhi manali bus (departure at 17.30 hrs) and undergone harrowing experience. At delhi boarding point bharat petroleum petrol pump, janpath street, Raj Travels does not have any proper place with the basic facilities for drinking water, urinals and keeping the luggage.
I along with my family had to stand on the footpath with our luggage for more than an hour on 17 Jan 2009. Ultimately the bus was canceled. Although we were told on the telephone that we would be accommodated in other bus but there was no whereabouts of raj travels representative.
I did not want to rely on any other bus operator so I asked Raj travels to refund my money and I hired a taxi. After reaching back I have taken up the matter for refund and I am sure that I will have to approach consumer court, which I am willing to do
