Raj National Express (RNE) started its services for Volvo luxury buses some months back and since then has lived upto its fame amongst the travel operator elite.
I chanced upon RNE when I had to goto Bombay and was not able to have my tickets book either by train or bus. One friend told me about RNE’s online booking..initially I thought he was joking, a bus operator with online booking!!..maybe it was another APSRTC kind of a website..but to my pleasure the online booking thru RNE was as good as booking for an airline ticket!
Neways, since then I have travelled with RNE to Bangalore and Pune as well..and everytime it has been very convenient.

Headphones (so tht u can sleep without disturbance)
Punctual...almost (unlike many private operators)
Limited pickup points (in hyd).. (its good as u take less time travelling across the city)

The stopover for dinner is similar to other operators..pathetic
Headphone sockets broken in many buses
The attendant inside the bus not cooperative
Overall its the ease of booking which scores over everything else for RNE. Go for it if you want hassle free booking.
