I had gone 2 book in raj off at chowpatty. mr bharat explained us well about the tour;next day he called 4 r ans, we agreed. He called 4 money;ok it was, we submitted our papers on 3 rd day. Again we paid him; next day was d same way;;our payment was done.but my visa papers were submitted late. He says the appointment was given late.as we had less time he shld have done it soon, , so when r day of travel came r visas were not done &we had 2 bear the tickets fare more , as we booked after 2 days.were v in FAULT!!!!
CALLS were done by us more than d raj office after the payment was taken.when booking d tour we were told that travelling was of 2-3 hrs but it use 2 be of more than 6 hrs2 all countries.we were not given evening tea or water was also not provided in the bus by raj tours when travelling was so long. Hotels were very far so v never use 2 get anything .places stay was changed suddenly.no maharajas r there in any place. One was there in villars but was not 2 the mark..uk was not satisfying for 11/2 day.sat sun is not preferable in paris &italy.
So pls raj people make a point for it!!!pizzas in venice r horrible. Mr BHARAT pls improve more & don’t give false promise. We paid a lot at the end moment .....
