Don’t ever give your 2 wheeler for service there. They are, first of all, unprofessional. For my Activa, they changed some parts without asking and charged for all of them in the bill. Its a normal practice in other centers. But you should at least confirm with the customer before changing parts, especially when its costly.
When I raised, it they did some drama of calling that person who serviced etc but their attitude was very casual . Quality of service is very poor, they will just water wash and clean it well and give it to you. I am not sure about the sales, but service is very poor here.
