Booked an Ertiga in Jan and got it delivered within a month. Appreciate them for it. But it’s 6 months now and I’m yet to receive the accessories promised with delivery. Everytime I call, the sales rep up he says the stocks have not arrived yet, while they are already available in the open market! Don’t know whether to feel sorry for them for not knowing how to source accessories, or is it a cheap ploy by #Rajalakshmicars to keep from delivering goodies committed to the customer while booking a vehicle. Sad!
