2 persons on sales - Sarath ( sale rep) n Praveen ( Manager). First they will get all the money n they will not give invoice properly for the amount they got it from us. And they will not give a proper date of delivery. And they will switch of the photo or block ur number if you keep calling them on delivery or if they do not do what they promised. They even give false promises on number plate fittings. Each and every time they keep saying things which u will feel like u been fooled. N kept fooling.. I will never introduce anyone to Rajalakshmi cars as most of them have the same issue in other locations too.. service is the best thing after sales. If u don’t do it then there is no point in purchasing car in ur dealership.
