Yesterday I went to a party which was organized my friend at Khandani Rajdhani Restaurants, Mahagun Metro Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. We were approximately 30 people. Everything going good initially, but when the waiter is starting to serve the food, story started here only. Only one or two waiter was serving the food. We people are waited more than 30 minutes for vegetable and lastly waiters said that we don’t have aalu gobhi vegetable, we don’t have aalu baigan vegetable, we can serve only curry.
Really, this is disaster for us. At least 20 people have not taken the food properly, because waiters are not ready to serve the food. Even waiters not served the sweet dishes to all people, he has served to 8-10 people only. Overall The management of this restaurants are not interested to serve the food. Then why should people pay 300 Rs/Thali.There was no Tika, No Handwash, No vegetable, No Sweet Dish. But at the same time there was Curry and Chapati. So we had paid for curry and chapati(300 Rs./thali). Even we had waited for long time for drinking water only. We have never face such type of harassment in any restaurants. The management motive is only to vacate the seat as soon as possible.
However, my friend has booked for 8 pm to 10 pm. But due to negligence of restaurants, we are forced to leave the restaurants early.
