In last 2 months I visited ‘RAJDHANI RESTURENT, KalyaniNagar, Pune’ couple of times.So thought to write something about the restaurant.
Well Rajdhani isbasically famous for its ‘THALI’ and it is pure vegeterian restaurant.
Things which I like about Rajdhani:
· Presentation:Neat and Clean .Round Table with sittingcapacity for four people.When youenter at the gate one person willwelcome you and help you to find a suitable place for settle down.Afterthat once you settled then one personwill come and place a big plate having 6-7 small bowls. Then one perosn will carry one big bowl and hotwater for your hand wash.So no need to go and search for wash bashin.After thatthey will serve you all varriety of food item.
· Quality:They serve so many items like Pakore, idli, dhokala, chapati, puri, chat, buttermilk, vegetables, rice and sweets.All the food items are nicely and properly cooked.Different different items with its own unique taste.Its just like treat forstomach.They provide mostly Rajasthani, Gujarati and seasonal food item.All areunlimited except sweet items.In sweet they will tell you all the avaialbleitems and out of them you have to select any one.
· Service: TooFast Service.First time I saw this kind of service.Usually when we go to anyrestaurant first we need to place the order and after 15-20mins we get the food.Here the situationwas completely reverse.Not a single moment was there when I need to wait forany item.
· Cost : TheKind of ‘Quality and Quantity ‘ and ‘Service’ they provide , on that basisRs.160/- for ulimited food is not too costly.Best thing is they accept FoodCoupons.
Things which I don’t like about Rajdhani:
· Lack ofUniformity: As I mentioned above that they serve so many items , so they don’tmaintain the uniformity regarding quality and taste. Out of 10 items , 6 itemswill be excellent and rest will be average.So sometime we put our expectationaccording to that.Suppose if right now I am eating one item and that has nicetaste , so I will expect that rest of the item will be in same fashion.Well itmay be depends on the item but atleastthey can maintain some uniformity.
I was highly impressed with their service but here I want to comment onthat part.It will be good if they serve little bit slow because to taste somefood we need some time.But this is not an issue but just a concern.
