Firstly I want to say RAK products are very poor quality.
I buy RAK wall mounted closet and washing basin 3 of each in 2014.After one year all the closet became leaked and complied to through JK Marbles and sanitaria’s Kattoor Thrissur Dt. RAK technician come and rectify and the keep leaking .Many times we complained and no response. Same the washing basin start creaking one by one, now all three basin became creaked .Fortunately no accident happened .During the purchase time JK marbles told us more the 10 year replacement warranty those all products .Now They told only 5 year and they cant to anything. Today RAK technician come to see the complaint again.
So if RAK will not to anything my plan to go consumer court,
So please carefully see RAK products .
