Last week we spent so much of time at their Santa Cruz store that it was comical. RAK was our first stop that day for a kitchen floor tile that matched my new dark brown marble counter tops. We showed the sales guy the marble and gave him a general idea of what we were looking for. He showed us the varieties and we settled on the vintage coffee brown tile, we wanted it delivered the very next day. the guy spoke to his manager and they diverted another order to get us our tiles. We were so happy to finish our shopping so quickly. We are now a loyal RAK customer now.
