Let me break this down for you since your customer service seems incapable of simple math. I placed my order(Order Number: RW04082024 1317) on August 4th, 2024. Today is August 18th, 2024. Thats 14 days, not counting weekends. Yet, your representative had the nerve to tell me that delivery takes 23 business days. If that were the case, why wasn’t this communicated upfront? Why are you misleading customers into thinking that you can handle time-sensitive deliveries?
This is not just poor service; it’s fraudulent. You are falsely advertising your capabilities, failing to deliver on promises, and then refusing to take any responsibility. Your so-called “customer care” is nothing but a sham, with one person who is either too busy or too indifferent to actually assist.
This is not the service I paid for, and I will not stand for it. I demand an immediate resolution, including the exact dispatch details of my order and confirmation that it will be delivered without further delay.
