This hotel is situated right on the Juhu beach.. you must have seen it in innumerable hindi films as the backdrop.
The facilities provided by this hotel are comparable to most other 5-star hotels in the area. They do have a swimming pool, health club (on the 1st floor), banqueting halls a beauty saloon, bookshop, travel desk, money exchange service, restaurant and 24-hour room service.
The rooms have been mordernised in the past couple of years with a lot of electronic gadgets, almost everything in the room can be controlled from a bedside panel. The rooms are large and have all the mod-cons a tired traveller needs to make his stay comfortable.
There are however always some bad points to almost everything and for this hotel it is the staff and the price!
The staff although polite lack the personal touch that is required of such an establishment. The second is the price... the rooms are very expensive (7000 rupees for a double room - which was about two years back when I last stayed there).
