But no proper planning, same old rules & regulation management appoints incapable persons as CEO"s who will have lots of great experience but ehn coming to strategic implementations CEO literalls fails to do that, employees are almost since company starting no communication skills, no product knowledgs will start selling blindly, CEO instead of dictating terms to sales people sales people dictate terms to CEO, CEo has no control on system, CEO simply sitting monthly getting, if anybody newly joined he is gone, CEO shows full pressure on new ones as he will not have any guts to say old employees,
One of my friend joined as Deputy manager -Sales & was told that he will report to CEO, but suddendly after a month he was told that he must report to his colleague who is same grade & same salary holder only reason is he is senior in the company.Very much time consuming, time waste in useless meetings, no proper relation between L&T & RAmcor (Dealer), no direction, sales & CEO work as a head less chicken, its completely unprofessional.Company is good but with old terms & condition, god must save the company, Forst CEO should be out of system.
