Vasular surgery patient was sent to plastic surgeon by design and conspiracy to make three lacs in stead of thirty thousand. The racket is going on for several years but they are well protected with their money power and political connections.Since then the medical file of Ishwari Devi Makhija has been modified to show that her leg was gangrenous when she came in.Several month’s later a false complaint was filed with police and the patient’s son Rajan Kumar Makhija was held for 4 hrs with chained drunkards and roughed up and his shirt torn by the Thana Incharge Ramkrishna Dubey of Tikarapara to hush up the case. He was asked if he is sindhi or punjabi.Then told him that even Lal Krishna Advani will not be able to save you. We will lock you up for the night and do to you what we have done to your mother.
