I live in Hyderabad and on weekend I visited Ramoji Film city with my family.
Ramoji Film city is a grand film studio cum recreational park build by Ramoji Rao, It has Guiness Book of world record to its name as the largest film city in the world. It is spread over 11000 hectares of land. The latest Indian Block buster "Baahubali’s" shooting took place here. Around the year, many film shootings take place here.
Ramoji film city has many rides like the turn around ride, upside down ride etc. One can see how a film shooting takes place. There are many plays from morning to evening here. In the night we see Carnival as well. The ticket price for one person is RS 800. There are many gardens like Japanese garden, Mughal Garden etc. The lush green gardens makes a perfect spot for photo shoots and selfies. Inside we have many hotels like Tara sitara, Vegetarian delight etc which offer tasty food .
It is a very good place to visit once in a while to unwind.
