I bought a second hand car (True Value) from Rana Motors in Sep 2007. The car I bought is Maruti 800 of 2001 model 5 Gears the money they charges was Rs 1 Lac 15 thousands. Though the price was too much I buy it because of the True Value tag. But to my surprise the as they claim that 120 quality checks are being done by them nothing was cheaked the brake show were old one the hand brake was not fully functioning the window rubber was the old ones in bad condition.
When contacted to the concern person they simply deny to change it. When it comes to the service of the vehicle the true value gives 3 free services. After first service I encountered the starting problem even though the battery was new and was showing good charge.
When taken for the second service I told the service personal about the problem they say there is no problem in the car and offcourse this problem does not encountered me again but a new problem started that was the car door started knocking even though I test rided the car after service but problem cannot be known at that time because the place where this service station is it is fair to say that road is on the whole. Lets see what happens in the third service......
