When I heard it was being released on the 26th Jan - I was a bit put off. I knew I would have trouble convincing my friends to go watch a Patriotic movie!
Anyways by word of mouth - and the ’’Aamir Khan’’ factor - we crashed for the movie today.
Oh boy, what a movie - theres no other way they could have delivered this movie. I’d say its perfect. From the beginning - to making the characters believable, to the end. They ensure that the film doesnt drag for a minute. We were talking after the movie about how we didnt even notice when the songs came and passed - how often does that happen in a Hindi Movie.
The humor is great - the movie was not preachy as we expected - but still managed to instill a strong message. In the end - I think the best review was given by the 300 odd crowd who stood up and clapped as the movie finished!
