I am writing this review after one year of experience.
1) The sales person Ranjana Shukla who says he is head of Clarks hotel is a big fraudster. +91 97163 7xxxx.He picked the call after my several attempts
2) The company has deafffilated its Mussoorie and Manali property named as Larisa
Now they have left with average properties of Rs3k per night.
3)These people always say that booking is full however when you check on Google you will find the availability.
4) You will have to ask minimum one month before and you can’t cancel the booking.
5)There is no grevieance cell whee you can complaint.
6) My personal suggestion :Never take membership. It’s better plan your vacation anytime and book online anytime.You have the liberty to cancel, choose your property, instant.You will always be treated as priority.
