A promising director has made his debut in Sandalwood with Rangi Taranga. Anup Bhandari has also written this unusual script. Rangi Taranga is a suspense thriller and the only drawback is the pace of the narration.
Trying to justify the title, there are some unnecessary frills including the songs. Though good in themselves, the songs and these few scenes drag the film and keep it to a very steady pace with the needle on the wrong side of the speedometer.
