Rangoon is just a sort of ok movie it is all about romance and drama the movie has saif ali khan, shahid kapoor, kanganna ranauvat in leading role, the story title should be julia instead of rangoon because the movie lies on all format oof julia there is no special or leading role of saif ali khan and shahid kapoor for the fans of saif and shahih you will be dissappointed because the story dont gives a chance for both to prove they work for rangoon but kanganna as julia has done a fabulous job as all ways with her acting skills and her bindass attitude which you loved in tanu weds manu.i would give 3 out of 5 stars.
