There are two types of flop movies 1. which are waste of money . 2. and second one is even waste of time. RANGOON is the movie which is even waste of time .it is directed by vishal bhardwaj who come, s up with new concept every time but this was really a waste of money for him. the movie starts well with interesting story but then it starts to bore and literally cinema, s were empty by interval . soundtrack of the movie was flop as well and plot I am sure even director didn, t knew where it was going . I recommend you to donate that money instead of wasting it on rangoon.
