As a rapido captain the service was very good know days as soon as lockdown open rapido service has become very worst they have increased platform charges to 15% and they have stopped showing in app it’s a cash payment or online payment in 2019 they have stopped option of calling customers calling customers was so convenient to reach pick up location, again after lockdown they hve changed to accept orders from 25 seconds to 15 seconds it’s so difficult to take accept in 15 seconds Bec we always keep the phone in trouser pockets we don’t carry in hand in wosrt traffic it’s so difficult to remove the phone from trouser packets and accept orders if this continues from rapido service very soon they will loose they customers as well as rapido captain also requesting for rapido service pl change to 25 seconds and plz change to show online or offline orders.bec many customers cancell the order when we reach near pick up location of customer of they cancel the order we dont have option to call and apologize for some minute late arrivals.
