I am only 6-7 days old in the city of Gurgaon. I booked my first ride with Rapido bike taxi on 2nd April and the rider was in total hurry even when the distance was only 5 mins away from my hostel. Around Central Park sector 48, while turning around, he smashed his bike in a cycle coming from front and the cycle rider fell with his cycle fully on ground. We also fell on the right side. While I didn’t get any bleeding I got several bad bruises from my injury and muscle cramps. The driver didn’t say anything, just parked the bike and asked me for money
After several complaints to Rapido they haven’t done anything to appease my pain. They offered to refund ride amount(Rs 16) and said I could avail insurance on my medical expenses as my ride was covered under insurance. But I haven’t sustained such injuries to take extensive treatment. Nevertheless I have been injured, difficulty in movement and general aching of muscles
