Very poor software, one order to multiple captain, customer s are very annoyed getting call from one person travelling in another person’s. Poor rates, cheating on time, nonsense customer care service are all useless for nothing. Many times compliment made but no action, and for 1 km ride captain has to pick up in 2.7 km and above which is completely stupid and lose created to drivers, we investing our bike, pertrol, and our precious time, completely goes in vain.
