Normally I am not writing any review or specially bad review but I want to share my the detail with you to be aware if you are ordering online with Rasasi Perfumes.
My experience with rasasiline.com has been extremely disappointing. It has been 4 days since I ordered. I ordered from Ajmal also same time and got the delivery in next day. But from Rasasi it has been 4 days but still I am waiting for my delivery.
If you call the courier service which they are using; are saying next day on any call. But if you call Rasasi support center, first of all they are not taking calls. BY MISTAKE if they take call, their way of talking is like they don’t want to talk or even help you. And if you speak more they will directly cut your call.
Very unprofessional and without any ethic team I experienced.
